July Sparklers
Well Jeremiah had some of our dinner a few nights ago...we had chicken alfredo and he LOVED it. Another time I gave him a few bites of my cottage cheese and he was wanting more of it. He is a super crawler now, pulls up to things to stand and is getting braver as the days go by. He is even confident enough in himself to slowly lower himself back down to the floor instead of just standing there crying at me for help. I also caught him pushing from behind on his walker tonight too. He pulled up to it from behind it and started pushing it across the floor..when he noticed it was moving he began stepping forward right behind it slowly but surely. I may have an early walker compared to my other two children. We have gotten him to say Elijah also although it does not come out quite as we would say it but you can tell he is attempting to say Elijah..Its adorable. Also he is cutting another tooth in..this one is on the bottom right next to the middle two he already has...so this will be #7. We have to take Elijah this afternoon to the ENT who did his surgery to remove the tonsils and adenoids so he can check and make sure every thing is back to normal.. Then also later this afternoon is the showing for the little boy from my church...tomorrow(Thursday) is the funeral but I won't be able to go because dh has an appt to see if this one place can assist him in finding work. Other than that not much is happening on my end really..

Joy - wow! Jeremiah is a teething machine! Logan still only has the 2.
Eileen - Logan isn't crawling yet either - he was doing the tummy army crawl last night for a little bit, but that's it
AFM: It turns out that Logan also has the beginning of an ear infection, so the dr gave us a prescription to kind of stop it before it turns into something worse. Not amox this time - what he had prescriped yesterday was actually recalled yesterday, so he had to switch it.
Not much else going on - same ol' same ol' - hope everyone has a great day!

Hi ladies,
Joy, Aubrey has NO teeth still, she's just started gumming stuff and likes cottage cheese too.
She still gags and throws up alot. I'm going to ask Monday at her 9 mo appt if there is anything else they can check. The surgeon yesterday said something about checking her swallowing but it would have to be rec'd by her pedi.
Eilleen, Aubrey isn't crawling and we give her all kinds of floor time. She still hates to be on her stomach. She is actually starting to sleep on her stomach a little bit but only if she's exhausted. She loves to stand up and has even tried once to pull herself up but she has no concept of hanging on once she is up. I've resorted to she may walk and never crawl, MIL says DH never crawled.
Elise, sorry to hear Logan has an ear infection and what a drag about having to change meds. We've been fortunate I guess b/c Aubrey is on the preventative anitbiotic she has never (knock on something) had an ear infection.
AFM:At work today & tomorrow busy with monthly and quarterly reports and wish I was somewhere else.... a usual Wednesday.
Tomorrow is Aubrey's first day at the babysitter. I'm so excited for her to be around her twin cousins and the other babies but also a nerve bomb!

Hi Everyone!
Sorry I have been so absent. Life just doesnt stop and gets crazier and crazier. Work has really picked up and it makes getting on here during the day hard. I have a chance to pop into FB now and then but not a whole lot. Then after work and I get home its baby stuff and dinner and hubby then bed! Whew! Nate is getting more teeth. He is working on #8 now. He took a break for a month it seems and now started back up again and got # 7 last week and #8 is coming in this week. He has another ear infection (though not sevear) that he is back on antibiotics for and we are just trucking along as usual. No real crawling yet even though he keeps trying. He does like to pull him self up and walk around things a lot. So he may go from scooching to walking. Who knows. He can take his time if he wants. I can wait on the chasing. Nate has also started saying Da Da. I love it. I am not upset at all that he said Da Da before Ma Ma. Its so cute we will be playing and he will look at me with curious eyes and just say Da Da? So we call him and they talk. LOL!
We have his daycare's July 4th parade and picnic festival today and we are excited to go to that. Then no real big plans for the weekend. I hope all of you have happy and safe 4ths.
Elise - Logan is such a big boy! When we were at the Dr last week for his ears, Nate weighed 19.05 lbs. He is tall though. We will find out his 9 mth stats on the 10th. I hope everything goes well with Rayna. Just curious what does OT stand for? I keep trying to put that all together.
Diana - I am so glad Aubrey is doing better and recovery is going great. I am sure today will go great at the sitters. Hopefully she will have had such a great time that she will be exhuasted. That is how I know Nate had fun.
Joy - That is so sad about the boy at your church. My heart really goes out to his family. We have been giving Nate big people food little by little. He hates bananas, love french fries.
Kiim, Shannon, MichelleL, Michelle (mnelson), Kristen, Eileen and any other mamma I have missed HEY! I hope you all are doing great. I am keeping up on the FB and will try and get better about getting back here more often.
Take Care!

Re: July Sparklers
Amy - OT stands for Occupational Therapy, which sounds kinda weird for a kid, but it deals with sensory stuff. Like how a kid processes movements - for example, they had Rayna on a swing and they spun her in one direction 10 times and then in the other directions 10 times and then stopped her and had her stare at a wall while they watched her eyes. They didn't continue to move which told them that she had not processed the spinning sensation. So she will continue to receive OT to help her body process stuff easier and quicker. Don't know how much sense that makes...And Logan loves french fries too! He was chowing down on pieces of hamburger last night and then had some peach with his daddy. He's so excited to get real food!

Hi Mommas!!! I've missed you guys a bunch!!!
Amy-Wow 8 teeth!! That's awesome!!! I wonder if Nates ear infection have anything to do with the teething...Doctors will of course say no relation but I sometimes wonder about these things....Oh and Luc is a fry guy too!
Joy-Lucas is a crawling champ too!!! He will crawl away and then if he sees me coming after him he gets really excited and shrieks and goes faster...
To any mommas I missed, I'm very sorry and I hope to be on here more often now...Lucas was MISERABLE last week with a capital M.I finally relented and brought him to the doctor because I knew he just wasn't right and everyone kept saying "Oh he's just got a bad case of teething"...Um no...But he wasn't eating and pulling at his ears and running 101 fevers and didnt want to be held or put down or sleep...Yeah the sleeping was NON-EXISTENT last week! So imagine this, PMS and No Sleep and cranky Baby plus oldest child finishing school...Good times.I took him in and she of course asked if anyone had been sick in the house.ODS had strep throat in the beginning of June but we caught it so fast that no one else caught it. Then she looked at his ears and the one had a bit of fluid but no infection. She looked at his throat and sad it was really red but figured it was from teething but she swabbed it anyway after the way Luc screamed when she peeked in his ear. This wasn't a stop-your-bugging-me scream this was a that-really-hurts scream...We got a call Saturday afternoon that he has strep throat..So at 9 months old, Lucas has had viral meningitis, pneumonia, and now strep throat...Seriously, why am I nursing? Never had a cold....So we started Amoxicillin on Saturday and it was just yesterday that he finally started eating again...He weighs 20lbs14oz so he's gained not one ounce since the last time we were there over a month ago...So the insanity still continues here...DH still hasn't found a job,oh wait that would require him looking...Sense the bitterness there? Im sure he's got some depression issues going on about it and I'm working on him since I can't get him to go talk to someone...Ok all, I'm headed to bed but I did promise to be back on the other night and I failed on that although not my fault since we lost power in a storm and then it knocked out the cable in the area...Geez, oh well ok e-mommas! Love you guys!

Oh, Shannon! You just can't catch a break this year!
Just a quick post this morning - wanted to tell everyone that Logan finally managed to figure out how to get himself to a sitting position from lying down. That, and he LOVES cheerios!
Hope everyone has a good day - it's a rainy one here (gee, what a surprise - NOT)!

Morning Mammas!
Elise - Thanks for the explination. I was trying to figure out the letters and just couldnt get my head to make them make sense.
Shannon - Girly I am so sorry for all the grief you have been going through. Poor little Luc. I hope he feels better soon and things around your place calm down some.
Things here are good. We had an eventful day at the daycare picnic/parade. We were there for just about an hour and it was way enough. It was so hot. 103 and just miserable. However, the kids were great and sang patriotic songs and then we went inside and cooled off before going back out to get Nate's face painted, visit the petting zoo and get his portrait drawn. There was also a bounce house and a clown doing animal balloons and summer races and stuff for the older kids. It will be really great when Nate gets older. I just wish it was even 5 degrees cooler. Nate was such a trooper and had a great time. We went home and took a 2 hour nap.
Now to get ready for the 3 day weekend! I think we are just going to inflate the pool again and BBQ some yummy food. We would go and see fireworks but I think its going to be too hot. We shall see.
I gues that is it for now. I hope we are going to be let go early today but its never for sure. I just dont have that much to do. I have gotten really cought up the last 2 days. I am off to get started.
Take Care Ladies! Have a happy and safe 4th if I dont post before then.

Elise- Luc LOVES Cheerios too!!! Just the right size to chew I guess!
Amy- Your daycare still just amazes me!! They should open a chain across the US!
AFM:Heading out to get some groceries and dog food...My Dane thinks she's wasting away...Ah well we can't really afford to feed her so she may be moving to live with a friend of mine...Hey does anyone know if I can get a tattoo while still nursing? My friend wants to get me one for a belated b-day gift but I wasn't sure if its safe or not...

Re: July Sparklers
Hey Chicas,
Well I dropped Aubrey off this morning for the first time. She was the first baby there, the sitter's baby was still sleeping. She was all happy and smiles when I left so that made me feel so much better.
I commented a couple days ago on Facebook that we had no more bottles...WELL I spoke too soon. She's been extra puky with no fever so I went back to the bottles. I think the sippy may have been putting too much air in her tummy. So, now she has a sore throat and after reading Shannon's post I sure hope it's from the puking like I was assuming and she doesn't have something else. She would have a fever right ????? I would feel awful if I took her to the sitter and she gave them all strep but I took her b/c she hasn't had any fevers.
I just started getting brave and giving Aubrey things for her to chew a little but I'm still so paranoid...I wish I could chill out,. I envy you seasoned moms.
Shannon, I hope things get better for DH. I know it's very discouraging. My DH was looking and getting no acknowledgements for a long time and it was wearing on him and he's Mr Optomistic.
Amy, 103..that had to be tought on the kids. We had that for the last 2 weeks and this week has been wonderful, low 80's and it looks like our holiday is going to stay in the 80's.
Elise, that is so cool Logan is sitting up on his own. Aubrey tried to pull up to stand once but she has absolutely NO balance. She still falls over without even trying to catch herself when she's sitting. She will balance herself if there is a toy in front of her she needs to reach but if she leans too far to the side or back, she's gone and like a rock.
Have a good day ladies.... I like commenting on here more than Facebook just cuz there are some peeps on the Facebook that I'd just rather not share everything with.

Re: July Sparklers
Diana- She may not necessarily have a fever.ODS didn't have one when I took him to the doctor. He had a really sore throat and didn't want to eat and then he was nauseous which is how he was last time he had strep. So I took him to the doc and sure enough he had it. But the puking very well could be from the sippy. They have a fast flow on most all of them and so babies guzzle and suck in alot of air.We use the old gerber sippy's that have the rubber valve, I hate the new ones with the white plastic valve. They fall out ALL the time.Or we use the cheap ones that they sell in bulk at Walmart called "NUBY" or something like that. They tend to be a slower flow... Hope that helps! But if its any help, if she's on antibiotics at all she probably wouldn't have strep....Good luck little Miss Aubrey!
Re: July Sparklers
Shannon...u know I thought about her meds for ear infections but not strep..(loosing it)
We have one of those annoying white valve things and it weighs a ton, she's a little chic. So I bought a Dr Brown's and she's fine with it, it's light but still kind of fat. Then I bought the Nuby's 2 for $5, they are great and she loves them but she does guzzle with those too and if water is in them oh man she can't get enough, the child would drink water constantly.
Thanks for putting my mind at ease about the strep....
I'm wishing all the mommas a very nice, safe 4th.

Re: July Sparklers
Hi Ladies. I have been a slacker and not posting, i try to come in and read. We moved into the city. So i am still trying to adjust to that. i like having a big ole house though, so that helps. I have given up on baby food, we have moved Chloe to table food and formula. When I took her to the doc for a recheck of her ears she had gained a pound! That's more than she gained in three months! Still no teeth! But that doesn't slow her down. Whatever we eat, I fix her something as well. The other night she ate soft shell tacos with hamburger meat and cheese. That was all into that. Anything she can pick up, she's good to go. I got her some of the Gerber graduate meals as well, the pastas she can pick up. She will not touch baby food, she closes her mouth and refuses to eat it. I got her a bunch of fruit that I chop up for her, then this morning she ate pancakes. I am just happy she's actually gaining weight!! We are 16pounds 5 ounces!!! lol. And we moved up to size 3 diapers. She is cruising around everywhere. She has learned to come down with her butt to make it easier to get to the floor. She has fallen a couple of times and has a couple little bruises, but she just gets up and keeps going! Is anyone else's LOs into this waving bye bye thing? Especially when we are at the grocery store she does it. She waves and just says "bye bye" to everything. Then today she started walking up to you and grabbing your legs and saying "up" When she wants to be picked up. I think that's all she's really done differently. We just want some teeth!!!!!
I had my wonderful glucose tolerance test yesterday...don't you ladies just remember that lovely taste? lol. The doc office didn't call today, so I guess everything is good to go. As long as I dont have to do the three hour test again, i'm ok! lol
I also wanted to ask, is it bad that I don't trust people? My DS has been making friends up and down the street, and I don't trust him to go to other peoples houses. It just weirds me out. So I just put up with kids running in and out of my house. I mean we live in a small town, but people are still crazy. lol
Hope ya'll have a good 4th!!!

Jessica- Nope I don't trust some of my sons friends(or the parents either). We live in the city so its not the best area(but not the worst by far either)and I bugged me some of the kids that my son would be-friend in class.Im getting a little bit better about things...
Diana- Luc loves water too.Actually he gets mad if I don't put Ice in it!!! Probably feels good on his gums!Starting today at BRU they're running a ton of sales. Buy 1 get one 50%off of alot of things! Sippy's are on there! I may go get some!
MichelleL- Did Brenden sleep for you that night?
AFM: Just laying low today. Have to go get WIC stuff this afternoon and get ready for the weekend. We're barbecuing on Saturday with some friends and then sunday going out to my moms.Where has everyone gone? I see everyone posting on FB but not so much here....Be safe mommas!

Kim- 9 months wow the time has flown by!
Nurse Jessica- I am VERY sketchy on people i look for things like jailhouse tatoos and pay close attention to their manerisims guess it is a bad side effect from working in the jail.
Diana- yeah for Aubrey, I woulnd't worry about going back to bottles it is still early
AFM Things are trucking along. Work, Sleep, Workout, Dinner, Nap, Work again. I have a question though...Daniel my baby is still on gerber puffs no table food he jsut started eating baby food. Shouodl I start giving him table food like cheerios and stuff? We have had a month of baby food really well. He is so different then my others. I want to egt him off of baby food ideally but here is the other thing...he won't pick up food and put it in his mouth. he picks is up but can't get it to his mouth, or won't. my other kids keep feeding him the gerber puffs so i think he isn't learning how to feed himself. any ideas? hope all is well ladied I am off on july 4th so BBQ'ing and going to fireworks. shoudl be fun times! Happy 4th!!!
Kim- 9 months wow the time has flown by!
Nurse Jessica- I am VERY sketchy on people i look for things like jailhouse tatoos and pay close attention to their manerisims guess it is a bad side effect from working in the jail.

Kim- Congrats on Landree's first tooth..so exciting
Jessica- I am so with you on being weary of letting my kids go to peoples houses...You never know how they live behind closed doors...I mean shoot I even have issues with MIL taking my kids to her house(Mostly because I one don't trust her and #2 her house is disgusting with a capital "D") And these times and days you just never know about people I totally side with you...even people who look ok can be creeps..
Diana- I wouldn't worry about going back to bottles as a big deal like Eileen mentioned it is still early...My kids never did to great with actually drinking their daily needs as far as fluids from a cup...Jeremiah seems to be following that trend as well..... But by 18 months I no longer gave them the choice the bottle was gone for good.within a week or two first to go would be the daytime bottles then the nighttime bed bottle...and although they were a bit whiny without them at first they did well that way so since Jeremiah is running the same path Elijah and Faith did that's what I'll probably do with him too. I mean I give him a cup time to time now but he is not really interested...he plays with it more than anything...And at 18 months the kids seemed to take to the cup a bit better too..
Eileen- You could start to try him on some table foods...as far as the kids feeding his puffs to him I would try to refrain from that because that is part of him developing hand eye coordination skills and learning to self feed..and by them feeding him it he is not picking up on that stuff which is why he isnt trying to pick stuff up to eat it...I would show him you have the puffs in hand set them on his tray and make sure he notices them there although it may take some tries I am sure he will begin to try picking them up and eventually getting them into his mouth...he may get a little frustrated at first because he is used to being fed them but babies are determined and they will get the hang of it...I know all about determination..Jeremiah gets into things I remove him from it and he is so persistent and determined to get to it again he will try again even if it means finding another way to get to what he wants...fun times in my house..lol
AFM- Other than what I have posted above..not a whole lot is new..Jeremiah is in fact getting #7 and #8 teeth in the one on the right will come thru first though I think..He is standing up next to stuff now and is even beginning to take chances stepping along side of things too. He was holding onto my leg tonight and there was a push along toy within arms length to him and he let go of my leg with one hand grabbed the handle of the toy then let go with the other hand also..then he slowly stepped in the direction towards pushing the toy..he was wobbly but he walked along behind it for probably 10 steps was really slow going though..he even got brave a few times to let go with one hand while staying balanced with the other hand on the handle of the toy.. I am excited that he may end up walking early but sad that he seems to be growing too fast :-( In other news still dealing with Faith peeing her pants time to time... Elijah still bed wets at night too trying to figure out the remedy for that also... DH still looking for work.... We went to some fireworks yesterday but they totally stunk...only lasted 10 minutes...luckily the day was not a total failure as we went early and the kids were able to play on the toys at the beach and we had a cookout with some friends and visited...Not sure what we will be doing later on today though... but I guess I should head to bed here since it is almost 4 am...talk to ya ladies later..

Kim- I'm right there with you on the Facebook thing! Those damn games!
Joy-Cute pic of Jeremiah!
Eileen- I dont pay too much attention to the jailhouse tattoos only because my step-dad got into ALOT of trouble when he was young(drug issues related) but now I'd trust him with my kids sometimes before I'd trust my own mom(she likes her peace and quiet too much and sometimes gets annoyed after too long). But I completely agree with the you on paying attention to the mannerisms...LOL I forgot my point about the tattoos, anyway my stepdad did a TON of his own. That's not to say that everyone with a past like his turns out as well as he did.Ok I'm tired and rambling....
AFM: We went to my neighbors and BBQ'd today. Good fun, good food and finally its stopped raining long enough to get the kids outside to run because they are off the damn wall! They are literally bonkers! And making me insane! Between them and DH being home all the time I'm ready to pull my hair out!Ok I'm off and headed to bed.Hope everyone had a nice day!

Re: July Sparklers
'Morning! We went to see fireworks last night and Logan LOVED them! He woke up about 30 min before they started and then was just mezmorized (don't think i spelled that right) by them! Rayna enjoyed them but had her hands over ears and Jeremy fell asleep during them. Oh well! It only took about an hour to get home instead of the 20 min it should have taken! Gotta love traffic!
Not much else doing - I'm in a really annoyed mood - DH has been trying to fix the sink drain in the kids bathroom for 3 days and has made yet another trip to Home Depot to get yet another part.....grr....and i'm aggrevated at everyone because the house is a diaster area and i can only get them to clean (DH included) when i threw a hissy fit and threaten them with "you're not doing anything" day. When I had things planned that i wanted to do, but now am not going to be able to because DH is messing around with the sink that I'm afraid we're going to end up calling the plumber on and I'm too annoyed to be nice to anyone right now. Grrrr. I seriously need a vacation! I am so stressed out right now!! AHAHHHHAHHHHHHHHHHH!!

Re: July Sparklers
Good morning! Update on my rant yesterday - DH managed to fix the sink (he's so proud of himself now) without having to call the plumber. And the kids started behaving so we took them to the pool club for some afternoon fun in the sun and dinner. Between Sat and Sun, I got sunburned on my shoulders, but it's not too bad! I remembered on Saturday to sunscreen everyone but me!
Hope everyone has a great day!
Amy - hope Nate is feeling better soon!

Re: July Sparklers
Morning mommas,
We go this morning for Aubrey's 9month appt. I don't know what is going on with this child. I've gone back AGAIN to the sippy but the Dr Brown's @ the ridiculous price of $7/ea. She drinks more with the sippy than the bottle. I had her on the bottles since I think Thursday and it didn't help the puking. She puked everytime I fed her food except yogurt Thurs-Sat. Yesterday I managed to get her breakfast in her with only gagging but she refused to eat her dinner last night, just formula. I'm so sick of puke!!!!
My niece has an 18 month old (i know it sounds funny but we're only 3 yrs apart) and she wouldn't put any food in her mouth and her Parents as Teachers person told her to get one of those finger gum brushes and 2x/day brush the inside of her baby's mouth. My niece said she doesn't know if it was just coincidence or if it worked but her LO started putting foods in her mouth afterwards so here I am yesterday at BRU buying one. I'll try anything at this point.
Shannon, saw all the sales at BRU yesterday. I was buying for a baby shower so I restrained myself from buying anything other than what I needed. It was tough.
Kim,have u stayed away from the smokes? I have unless I'm out having cocktails. Being worried about Aubrey's eating has made it so hard. There are days I'm so at my wits end trying to figure out how to get her to eat w/o puking I just want to go smoke.
So...sorry for the rant.....we actually had a good holiday. We went to my sister's which is about 1 1/2 hrs away Fri and came back late Sat night. My niece's have 4 kids between the 2 of them so it was fun to see Aubrey with all her cousins.
Have a great day ladies. I have a few pics to post on FB. My sister bought Aubrey the cutes 4th outfit from Cracker Barrel.

Re: July Sparklers
Good Monday Morning Mammas!
I hope you all had a wonderful July 4th weekend.
Kim - I hear you on slacking. I hope you arent burning yourself out working so much. I am sure the money is worth it though. Dont let the "man" get you down. I hope its getting better there. Yeah on the 1st tooth. Its such a milestone.
Eileen - On the food. Nate doesnt eat a whole lot of table food. We are working it in slowly. Like when we go out to eat if DH or I get fries we will give nate 2 or 3. He just tried watermelon on the 4th and loved it. He had a little bit at dinner time. That is when we usually give him his crackers and things too. I have been wanting to let him try pasta (plain of course) but we have to cook pasta first. LOL. I would just go with stuff he seems like he would be able to chew and swallow easilly enough.
Joy - That is so neat that Jeremiah is starting to walk a little. Nate has started crawling and pulling up on things and then scooching around while holding on. He is learning that you dont walk on the tops of your toes.
Shannon - You need a human size hamster wheel for those kids. I know we will need one when Nate gets bigger. I actually have a friend who makes her son (age 10) run on the treadmill when he gets crazy like that. I dont have a treadmill so maybe jumping jacks will be in order... Who knows. I feel for ya girl. Oh and I am addicted to FB games too. I have to be careful. I am only doing like 2-3 maybe 4 but I dont realize how much time I can spend there. Yikes!
Elise - I loved the picture of Logan at the fireworks. You could tell he was just fascinated by them. My DH recently fixed the bathroom faucet too! I know what you mean and what you went through. So glad its taken care of!
MichelleL - I am glad your boys had fun with the fireworks. How is everything else?
Diana - I am sorry Aubrey is having such a hard time with both Sippy cups and bottles. Do the doctors have any suggestions? Is it partially due to the surgury or just a continuence of her eating issues?
On the smokes - I am still smoke free. I know you werent asking me but I thought I would jump in anyway. I cant believe it, its been a year and 1/2 since I had one. I smoked for 15 years (maybe a little longer). I still want one when things get stressful or when having a cocktail or beers with friends. I dont becaue my DH has threatened me with in an inch of my life if I start again. That and the smell of them really bothers me now. I just know that for me 1 will lead to 1 pack which will lead back to a pack a day. I just cant control that monkey. Good for you if you can only have one when drinking.
AFM - We had a great weekend and a hard, sad weekend at the same time. 4th of July was fun. We ran around, BBQ-ed, my mom came for a visit, we played in the pool and then... Nate got sick. Ate dinner and instantly puked. Of course it wouldnt be a holiday until someone got sick so fireworks were out. We bathed him and he just fell asleep. Then woke up constantly all night long. He ended up with a virus that causes him to be a big ol grumpy puss, puking and running a 102 fever. Thats while on either tylenol or Motrin so it would probably be higher. Its so sad to see him sick. It just breaks my heart. Oh and all he wants to do is sleep. Its so not like him.
So we ended up at the afterhours pediatric clinic to get him checked out. Ears are clear (happy dance) so its just a virus we are trying to wait out. DH is at home with him today and if need be I will stay home tomorrow.
He also started crawling and pulling himsef up on Friday night. Its all he wants to do (when he isnt sick and being a couch monkey). All the pics are on FB. I am sure you all know this. I sometimes feel bad about posting so many pictures. Its mostly because my mom wants to see them all so instead of spending all the time emailing I just post them and she (and everyone else who wants) can check them out. First time mom with a camera here. LOL!
I guess that is about all for now. I am so tired from not sleeping much with the sickey. All I really want to do is go home and nap.
I guess I should actually get to work. Blah!

Amy - I hear ya on the pictures! When Jeremy was a baby FB and all this stuff was non-existent so we had our own website where I would post pictures. By time Rayna came, Snapfish was around so I started to post them there and then share the album. Now, Logan's are only on FB. My in-laws actually joined FB just so they could see pictures because that is the only place we post them! LOL

Re: July Sparklers
Okay...so my job has really really really sucked lately, with the change of guard around here it is just miserable to be here most days, but I have to work to support my kids and the benefits are to good to leave...I wish we could just relocate. I have just been really exhausted, I worked this whole crazy weekend and am working overtime today. Then tomorrow is Landree's 9mo apt, and I have to get my very first cavity ever filled...and my BFF is up from Florida so she is sleeping over...have wed off but lots to do and then back to the grind Thurs, Fri and Sat...and then Sat night taking McKenna to the circus...then next weekend is my parent's 25th wedding anniversary party that I have planned and organized. I need a mommy vacation....oh and my mattress sucks, we desperately need a new one so I have been sleeping like crap to boot.
Anyway, Landree is a very good chewer, she honestly amazes me, she eats so much better than McKenna did at this stage, well anyway she is pretty much completely on table food. With McKenna we would put it in a food processor, not with Landree, she likes to be able to self feed so we just cut it up into little bits...if you try to feed her baby food now she turns her head and refuses to let you put the spoon in her mouth. I am going to talk to the Dr. about giving her whole milk with her meals too as she has cut her self down to only 3 formula bottles a day and with her bing on the small side I want to see if I can give her milk instead of water with her meals. We are also asking about her constant constipation issues, the poor girl suffers so badly.
And Diana- yes, I am a loser and once again have the monkey on my back...I give you girls credit for staying strong. I don't smoke in the house or the car and I know it is still on my clothes but I can't help it...I am going to be working on it but it is hard, especially with work.
